In the event of an emergency, Southeastern Insurance is here to help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible. If you have contacted Southeastern Insurance to report damages and we are not available, below are the direct claims numbers for our insurance carriers. In many cases, direct reporting to the company saves time and provides accurate information needed to process your claim. 

When calling in a direct claim, we ask that you: 

• Have your policy number ready.

• Do not attempt to alter or fix damaged property unless it is to stop further damage from occurring.

• Have any official documentation available (for example, a copy of the police report, pictures of damaged property, insured vehicle information, etc.). You may need to email, scan, or fax these documents to your claims adjuster.

• Keep all receipts for any cost incurred, including temporary housing expenses.
